A modern bathroom with shower completes the upstairs accommodation. A large covered terrace leads off the living accommodation, along the full width of the property, complete with built-in barbecue. In summer you’ll probably want to eat most of your meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner, out here. For the winter a wood-burning stove has recently been installed. The third, independent en-suite, bedroom is situated underneath this terrace, leading directly out onto the private walled garden. To confirm a booking a deposit of 40% will need to be paid, the balance will be due in full 10 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Additional Info: A deposit of 65€ against damages is required at the time of payment. This will be refunded at the end of the holiday provided there has been no damage
