This little hideaway just 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away from the market town of Orgiva, is ideal for special holidays and honeymoons. The detached cottage has a bedroom with kingsize bed; a well furnished and spacious living room, kitchen, patios, lovely views and its own outdoor jacuzzi/spa, to help you relax and cool off in the daytime or lay amongst the bubbles watching the stars. at night - a romantic ending to a lovely day.

Description:
This little cottage is hidden away amidst olive trees, high on an embankment with beautiful views along the valley as well as to the mountains in the south.
Outside it has an east facing covered patio with table, chairs and barbecue, plus two further patios on the south and west sides of the cottage.
It is situated down a small lane about a kilometre from the centre of Orgiva. There is parking right next to the cottage.

1 double bedroom with king size bed
Bright and spacious living room with windows on 3 sides; wood burning stove; CD player
Kitchen with fridge, toaster, electric oven, gas hobs, washing machine and granite work top above the cupboards.
Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin
The garden has oranges, lemons, almonds, grapes, figs and avocados; guests are welcome to eat these when the fruits are in season.

26 October 08 - 15 March 09 - 365 per week, 52 per day.
15 March - 14 June - 410 per week, 58 per day.
14 June - 19 July - 480 per week, 70 per day.
19 July - 30 August - 525 per week, 75 per day.
30 August - 25 October - 480 per week, 70 per day.
Minimum stay:
July & August - 1 week (Change over day is Sunday)
Rest of year: 4 nights
To confirm a booking a deposit of 50% of the holiday price is required. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Well behaved pets are welcome
The property is not suitable for children as the grounds of the property end at the edge of a steep embankment
Bedlinen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach and pool towels.
