Additional information
High Season: July, August, Christmas, Easter and Spanish bank holidays.
Minimum stay during high season is 1 week, the rest of the time, minimum stay is 2 nights.
Pets not permitted
To confirm a reservation a deposit must be paid into Tiempo Rural’s Bank account, the balance of the booking fee must be paid in cash to the owner of the property on arrival.
The owner of the property will also request a deposit for damages on arrival. This will be returned on departure provided there are no damages.
