This villa is part of a golf course complex situated in Otura, just 10 minutes drive from the centre of Granada, 30 minutes to the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada and 30 minutes to the beaches of the Costa Tropical. It is the ideal holiday location for golfing, skiing, relaxing in the sun and enjoying all the amazing cutural activities that the ancient city of Granada has to offer including the unmissable Alhambra Palace.

Description:
This ample sized (160m2) house is situated within a golf course, it does not have a private swimming pool but for a small fee you can use the golf course pool, as well as the gymnasium, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis and Paddle courts The house has a 400m2 garden with a BBQ and a private garage.
The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is just 39 km (30 minutes drive) away and comprises 2 cable cabins, 15 chair lifts, 2 drag lifts, 1 baby ski lift. 70 ski runs (47 % easy, 50 % intermediate, 3 % difficult), snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, childrens ski school, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks.

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 40% of the booking fee is required, the balance should be paid in cash on arrival
A deposit of 200€ against damages will need to be paid on arrival, this will be returned on departure provided that there is no damage
