This farmhouse is set within an ecological estate of 2.000 m2, surrounded by thousand-year-old olive trees. It offers a few fantastic views of the mountains and is a very tranquil space where one can enjoy Andalusia sun, go walking, read, write, paint ....
The house does not have direct car access, however it is just 200 meters to walk from where you can leave the car.

Description:
The cortijo is in Bayacas, a small Alpujarrean village, very near to Orgiva, the capital of La Alpujarra. It is 45 minutes from Granada city and the airport, 30 minutes to the beaches of the Costa Tropical, and 15 minutes to the most visited are of La Alpujarra, the Poqueira Valley, with it's three white villages, Pampaneira, Bubion and Capileira.

Mid Season : 450 € per week; 68€ per night
High season: 540 € per week; 68€ per night
For 5-6 persons there is a supplement of 10 € per person per night
Wood for the woodburning stove is not included in the price of the rental
MINIMUM STAY:
July & August - 1 week;
Rest of year - 2 nights
Additional Info:
Mid Season : April, May, June, September and October.
High Season - July, August, Easter, Christmas and Spanish Bank Holidays
To confirm a booking a deposit of 50% will be required.
On arrival a deposit against damages will be required of 150€, this will be returned on departure.
