It is a short distant from historic city of Granada, and there are many good excursions one can make.

There is a community swimming pool, a beach directly in front of the apartment building, and very good beaches very near. The apartment building is a little more than 1km from the centre of the town (there is a seafront bus service), with shops, bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away.
