This lovely 2 bedroom cottage, just 15 minutes walk away from Orgiva, looks out over its grounds of olive and fruit trees with views to the Contraviesa mountains. There´s a large patio area outside with table, chairs and barbecue. A car can be parked in the lane next to the cottage or inside the lower entrance gates.

Description:

This spacious feeling cottage has a patio with a lovely aspect and a private swimming pool is set amidst almond, avocado and olive trees on a lower terrace. The tear-drop shaped pool is 1.4m deep and approx. 9m x 5m at its largest, it is filtered and kept clean by the use of an ionizer and has an underwater seating area. There are two separate sunbathing terraces next to the pool and also a shower. The pool is available all year but isn´t heated.

The garden has oranges, lemons, almonds, grapes, figs and avocados; guests are welcome to eat these when the fruits are in season. The cottage is a few minutes drive from Orgiva or a 15 minute walk.

2 bedrooms; 1 double with en-suite and 1 twin (with extra roll away bed)

Kitchen with electric oven and hobs, fridge, toaster, granite work tops and a door leading to the patio

Prices and Booking Info:

25th October 08 - 15 March 09 - 500€ per week, 75€ per day.
15 March -14 June - 525€ per week, 75€ per day.
14 June - 19 July - 735€ per week, 105€ per day.
19 July - 30 August - 900€ per week, 130€ per day.
30 August - 25 October - 500€ per week, 75€ per day.

Please note: Prices are for 4 people. For a 5th person there will be an additional charge of 45€ for the week

For holidays of less than a week, please enquire about price and availability

To confirm a booking a deposit of 50% of the holiday price is required. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Additional Info:

All linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own towels for the pool or beach.

Well behaved pets may be accepted, please enquire.

A deposit for damages will be required on arrival and will be returned on departure provided there is no damage.
