There is central heating and velux mosquito covering on all the windows.

A baby cot and additional fold up bed are also available

Prices and Booking Info:

Low Season: 650 €. per week, 125 €. per day.

High Season: 1.200 €. per week, 180 €. per day.

Additional Info:

High Season: From 15 June, July, August, to 15 Spetember, Easter, Christmas and Spanish bank holidays. Minimum stay during high season is 1 week. For shorter periods please consult Tiempo Rural.

Low Season: Minimum stay is 2 days.

Pets not permitted

To confirm a reservation a deposit must be paid into Tiempo rural’s Bank account, the balnce of the booking fee must be paid in cash to the owner of the property on arrival.

The owner of the property will also request a deposit for damages on arrival. This will be returned on departure provided there are no damages.
