This typical old style Andalucian cortijo is the perfect place for peace, tranquility and relaxation. It has all modern amenities and is situated a few kilometers outside of Orgiva, in an area known as Las Barreras. It is just a 10 minute drive from Orgiva, although it can be walked in 30 minutes along country paths.
The house is set inside its walled grounds. All the rooms are spacious and several of the bedrooms, as well as, the living rooms have wood burning stoves. The ceilings are all made with wooden beams and caña in the traditional Andalucian style. There are also ample shaded terrace areas with dining furniture as well as sun traps. At certain times of the year, the flowers in the gardens produce a riot of colour. The cortijo and gardens are set amidst a large amount of their own land with almonds, figs, olives and various other fruit trees that guests are free to help themselves from. There is also an ancient threshing circle on the land.

Additional Information:
Minimum stay is 4 days when a daily rate has been quoted. Otherwise minimum stay is a week
There is a maximum capacity of 10 people as there is an additional single room that can be made available.
